Live Workshops Summer 2024

  • Introduction to Microsoft Excel

    Facilitated by Information Technology Services, this online introductory workshop focuses on the fundamental concepts of Microsoft Excel. Attendees will learn spreadsheet terminology, Excel window components and navigation, entering various types of data, working with simple formulas and common functions. Additional features may be explored such as writing conditional formulas, sorting, and filtering data.

  • UKG Timekeeping: Approving Timesheets, Change Requests, and Time Off (for managers)

    This course is ideal for new hiring managers at 绿巨人视频or any hiring manager looking for a refresher on the UKG Timekeeping processes within UKG Ready. In this session, attendees can expect to learn how to view their to-do items and notifications, review and approve their employee鈥檚 timecard, review and approve time off requests, and review and approve change requests.

    UKG Recruitment: Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding (for managers)

    This course is ideal for new hiring managers at 绿巨人视频or any hiring manager looking for a refresher on the UKG Recruitment and Onboarding process within UKG Ready. In this session, attendees can expect to learn how to create a position requisition, post a position, review applicants, move applicants through the recruitment process, make an offer, and finally track a new hire鈥檚 progress within the Onboarding module.

    UKG Timekeeping: Submitting Timesheets and Time-Off Requests (all employees)

    This course is ideal for new hire employees or any employees looking for a refresher on the UKG Timekeeping processes within UKG Ready. In this session, attendees can expect to learn how to access their timesheet, clock in and out, request time off, how to do a change request for a missed or late punch, transfer between cost centers (for employees with multiple jobs), and recording overtime.

  • Our colleagues in Student Affairs are hosting this valuable training through the National Council on Mental Wellbeing and Montefiore Medical.
    What is included?

    • 2 hour virtual pre-training module
    • 1 full day virtual training - we have secured trainings on 8/8 and 9/24. We will have more sessions starting in January 2025!
