Add the University Meetings calendar to Outlook
Please be sure to download the 鈥淯niversity Meetings鈥 calendar on Outlook to keep current on events and meetings. Please review the instructions to access the calendar below:
- Right-click on 鈥淪hared Calendars鈥 in Microsoft Outlook
- After you right-click, click 鈥渁dd calendars鈥
- Click, 鈥渇rom address book鈥
- A window will pop up that says, 鈥淪elect Name: Global Address List鈥
- In the empty, white field, please type, 鈥渦niversity meetings鈥
- Click the first name in the address list and click, 鈥淥K鈥
