Biography
Adjunct Professor Timothy J. Kelly is a partner at McCarter & English, LLP, resident in the firm’s New York City office. Professor Kelly has extensive experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property law including trademark, unfair competition, and false advertising law, as well as in pharmaceutical and consumer products patent litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients in various industries, ranging from clothing, foods products, and pharmaceuticals, to electronics, appliances, publications, and financial services.
