served as the casting director on the Broadway revivals of "Romeo & Juliet" with Orlando Bloom and "Cyrano de Bergerac" with Kevin Kline and Jennifer Garner. Prior to that he spent many years as a casting associate at Roundabout. Numerous regional and university credits. MFA from Rutgers University, BA from NYU's Gallatin School. JV spent two years teaching Acting and Directing at the University of Miami. His monologue book series, IN PERFORMANCE, is published by APPLAUSE BOOKS.
