Biography

Faculty Bio

Dr. Anderson is Associate Dean and Professor at Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ in the College of Health Professions, and Associate Clinical Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Anderson is an NIH-funded researcher, Board member of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Deputy Editor for Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing, Co-Chair of the Research Working Group of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, and from 2018-2021 was a member of the NIH National Advisory Council for Complementary and Integrative Health. Dr. Anderson is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health and fertility and from 2009-2018 worked at New York University Fertility Center.
