Barry Rickert

Biography

Adjunct Professor Barry Rickert is a Principal at PwC with more than 17 years of experience across several practice areas including corporate tax, tax accounting, international tax, legislative and regulatory services and transfer pricing. He has worked with large multinational public and private companies across various industries on tax accounting, U.S. federal, state, and international compliance and planning, as well as significant international restructurings and divestitures.

Professor Rickert spent two years in PwC's Washington National Tax Services practice, completing rotations in the transfer pricing, legislative & regulatory and international tax groups. He earned his BA in Political Science from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ. Professor Rickert also received his LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New York.
