Trusts and Estates Law at Haub Law

The Trusts and Estates Path to Practice at Haub Law helps students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for a career helping individuals and families in the planning and administration of their estates, as well as representing executors and trustees. Students will learn to advise clients on drafting wills, administering trusts, and litigating disputes.

A Career in Trusts and Estates Law

    • Advise clients on the transfer of wealth, either during their lifetimes or at the end of their lives
