Hand-on Experience for Practice-Ready Lawyers
Students at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 绿巨人视频 have many opportunities to gain practice-ready skills in our renowned clinics and centers, through internships and externships, by participating in our nationally-ranked Advocacy Program, or through a variety of experiences outside the classroom.
The 绿巨人视频Access to Justice (绿巨人视频A2J) Project directs the training, energy, and resources of students, faculty and staff to effect change in the way that law is taught, learned, and applied to promote social justice.
Our Advocacy Program has earned a significant national reputation for its continued success transforming students into highly effective advocates, preparing them for rewarding careers outside of law school.
Through our clinics, students have the opportunity to represent clients on actual cases and gain practical, hands-on experience in dealing with diverse and complex legal situations under the guidance and supervision of our clinical faculty.
Haub Law offers field placements with legal service providers, public interest organizations, government agencies, and private firms that offer first-hand exposure to a professional work environment.
The Pro Bono Scholars Program allows students in their final year of law school to devote their last semester to performing pro bono service for the poor through a law school clinic or legal services provider.
The Semester in Practice Program is an opportunity for third-year students to spend a full semester in supervised practice at a law firm, government agency or nonprofit entity.
Our partnerships with top law schools in Europe, Australia, Asia and South America, provide students with opportunities for global research, education and cultural immersion, including study abroad programs.
