About the Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Society of Fellows is a one-day student research conference that consists of a morning plenary session, a midday poster session, concurrent afternoon panel sessions, and a concluding award reception. Students present scholarly research or artistic projects completed under the supervision of a Dyson faculty mentor. The Annual Meeting allows students to share their academic achievements with peers, faculty, family, friends, and alumni and participate in an experience similar to presenting at a professional conference. Each presentation is followed by the opportunity for questions and discussion that make the Annual Meeting a learning event for all who attend.

The Society of Fellows of Dyson College of Arts and Sciences is the premier honors organization in the College. The Society fosters undergraduate scholarship in the arts and sciences by providing enriching experiences for students with outstanding academic ability.
